Another active year ahead

We had our first committee meeting of 2026 last night. It was good to welcome our new 3 committee members, they will be valuable assets to us.

We have lots of good things to look forward to and have all sorts of plans for the year ahead and will be keeping you all updated as these plans develop

Hopefully the weather will start being a bit kinder and you will soon be seeing us out and about doing our bit to keep Heywood Blooming.

We have been successful with several financial grants and now have funding to buy new tools for our volunteers to use. We are beyond excited about this as it will make such a difference. We will be making these purchases in the next few weeks ready for the new growing season.

This year is also the 15th Anniversary of HIB and we will be finding ways to mark this throughout the year.
